CAncellation Policy

Your beauty service is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies in place. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 

Once your appointment is booked - unless we hear otherwise, we expect you to be there.

Any no show or cancellation with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the deposit paid. There is a waitlist for popular times of day or days of the week. Please notify us with at least 48 hours notice so someone else can enjoy the service.

All new client bookings require a deposit of 50% of your service price. The deposit is refundable once a minimum of 48 hours notice is given when cancelling your appointment.

In the case of a booking with no deposit, a late cancellation (within 24 hours of your appointment) or no show fee is 50% of your service price. This fee must be paid before booking a new appointment. The new appointment will require a 50% deposit which will go toward your service.

These policies are in place to protect my livelihood and to ensure smooth scheduling. Thanks for understanding!


Late Policy

Late arrival to your appointment means that I will have to rush your service. Rushed work can be messy, isolation of your lashes may suffer and I will not be able to provide a complete service. I need every minute of the booked time so if you are 10 minutes late and more I will reschedule your appointment. If you are late and I have to reschedule your appointment, this counts as a late cancellation or no show. Your deposit will be forfeited as well as the time slot booked for you that day.


Refund Policy

I do not provide refunds on services rendered but I do provide a guarantee on my work. Most factors relating to retention are in the hands of the client: arriving to your appointment with clean lashes, avoiding steam, humidity, water, sweat and tears for 24 hours, not tinting lashes right before your appointment, avoiding mascara for 24-48 hours before your appointment, etc. For a full list consult the FAQS page.

I have my lash room controlled with precision. Humidity will be between 25 - 40%. Temperature will be 20 - 24 degrees Celcius. Adhesive is shaken by machine for 3 minutes, stored in a dark cool place and is replaced every 28 days. I will make every effort to ensure that you have the best retention possible.

On a rare occasion there will be an incident of poor retention - excessive shedding in the first day or two. This may be due to factors related to pre-care. If it is the fault of the lash technician, other clients serviced that day will also have poor retention. Should you have excessive shedding I offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation/touch up to figure out where we went wrong. Please contact me directly within the first 72 hours if this is the case.
